PharmaCore Pharmacy opened in Fort Collins in 2014, founded by Dr. Sarah Chen, PharmD, after more than a decade in clinical hospital pharmacy. Sarah's vision was simple: bring hospital-level pharmaceutical care to a community pharmacy setting, where patients receive the same rigorous attention their medications deserve.
Today, our team of three pharmacists and four certified pharmacy technicians serves more than 2,000 patients in Northern Colorado. We maintain relationships with over 40 local physician practices and are proud to be a preferred pharmacy partner for several specialty clinics in the region.
Our Philosophy
